Justine is a qualified Master of Social Sciences in Industrial & Organisational Psychology. Her 20 year HR Career began at Sheffield Limited, where she initially specialised in recruitment and selection, then expanding her skills into the assessment and development field.
Justine is also a training and experienced Facilitator and delivers a range of workshops to organisations - focusing on leadership development and customer service.
Since 2005 Justine has worked as an independent contractor for a variety of leading consultancies interpreting psychometric assessments and offering recruitment and outplacement support. She is a skilled interpreter of psychometric profiles including SHL and Hogans tools.
Passionate about what drives employee performance, Justine has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in the Practice of Psychology at the University of Waikato.
