Larissa’s aim is to ‘make life easy and enjoyable’. Bringing this to life in the HR space means delivering practical solutions that meet the organisations needs, while thinking of the ongoing impact for you and your people, with the view that people are what makes an organisation.   

With over 10 years’ experience in internal HR roles in a variety of organisations, including in both the public and private sector, Larissa enjoys learning about organisations, how they work, and what drives the organisation and its people to succeed.

Larissa has a broad range of experience in all aspects of HR, from recruitment to training, development, and staff engagement and team development, through to building policy and toolkits, and employment relations (disciplinary, restructures, union relationships and collective bargaining), and enjoys variety and working over the full range of HR practice.

Larissa’s strengths include the ability to build trust and credibility quickly and communicate effectively with the audience in mind, and helping to develop and guide leaders on systems, processes and templates that meet legal requirements, while being user friendly.

Larissa holds a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Human Resources, along with a Certificate of Coaching Skills from the NeuroLeadership Group, and Certificate in Adult Teaching from Wintec.
