Ronnie graduated from Canterbury University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Management (Human Resources). Since then she has worked across all aspects of HR (from recruitment, development, engagement, policy and employment relations) in a range of businesses including farming, manufacturing, professional services, retail and small business.
Ronnie’s true passion lies in the organisational development and learning and development space. She enjoys understanding a business, what makes it tick and how she can help make its potential capability a reality.
