HR Advisor, Waikato
Shannon Garrick joined us in July 2018 as an experienced HR Generalist.
Shannon’s career experience gained so far has been from large organisations in the Waikato region; in the tertiary education and dairy sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Management Studies majoring in Human Resources and Strategic Management.
After completing her studies, Shannon started her HR career as an HR Assistant in the tertiary education sector and is fully conversant with HRIS systems and compliance. She then moved into the dairy industry as an HR Analyst where she gained experience in the HR analytical space, including reporting and remuneration.
Since then her career progressed into an HR Advisor role and most recently in a senior business partnering role. Shannon enjoys partnering with organisations to streamline people processes and ensure their people strategies are aligned to achieve their business strategy and goals. With her strong systems experience, Shannon is also our enableHR guru.
