Welcome Hayley Arnold
We are very excited to welcome Hayley Arnold to the HR Connect team. Hayley has over 15 years experience working in Human Resources and Organisational Development, both in New Zealand and overseas.
Hayley has experience in the agriculture, health, education and mining sectors and has recently worked for the Waikato Regional Council. She is passionate about building relationships, putting strategy into action and enjoys working at a strategic level making a difference across organisations, whilst balancing that with solid operational support.
Hayley's expertise is in practical HR and employment relations advice, helping businesses navigate change management, performance improvement, coaching and facilitation.
She is well supported with her qualifications including a Bachelor of Social Science, in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management (Waikato University) and a Certificate in Adult Teaching (Wintec). Contact Hayley at: hayley@hrconnect.co.nz
Welcome back Larissa

Farewell (for now!) Claire
Claire Pilton is heading away next week to start a new chapter in her life. Claire and Matt are expecting their first baby next month and we can't wait to hear their news when baby arrives. Claire is hoping to be back on board just after Christmas. We wish Claire all the best!
