HR Connect Limited (we, us, our) complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (the Act) when dealing with personal information.  “Personal Information” means any information that can directly or indirectly identify you or another person.

This policy sets out how we will collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information.  Our Privacy Policy applies to anyone who uses our Website or Recruitment Applicant Tracking System.

  • potential employers in order to assess your suitability for employment.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter requested information, we'll be unable to provide you with recruitment services.

We keep your information in secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access to our system, and are required to keep the information confidential.
