Claire is an HR generalist, who prides herself on being commercial. She has the ability to build rapport quickly, so she can add value from the get go. 

Claire has significant experience working across a range of sectors, including manufacturing, construction, legal and healthcare in both corporate and start-up environments.   

Claire loves working on setting up the people function within growing businesses. Defining how your approach to people is aligned to your strategic priorities, and getting this right from the outset. 

Claire has a Bachelor of Management Studies (Hons) from Waikato University majoring in Human Resources and Strategic Management.
