Gina brings close to a decade of human resources experience, predominantly in senior and executive roles, combined with her experience as co-owner of a growing, staffed property management business. With a Bachelor of Social Sciences and a Graduate Diploma in HR Management, Gina leverages this blend of HR expertise, business strategy, and commercial insight to help organisations build strong people foundations that align with their broader business objectives. 

Gina partners with businesses of all sizes, from startups and SMEs without in-house HR to established corporates seeking additional capacity or specialised support.
