Justine has extensive experience in the recruitment, selection, assessment and training fields. After completing a Master of Social Sciences in Industrial & Organisational Psychology, Justine joined Sheffield Limited in 1997, with whom she worked for 8 years, initially in recruitment and selection, expanding her skills into the assessment and development field. She is also a trained Facilitator and has experience delivering a broad range of workshops to organisations focusing on leadership development and customer service.
Since 2005, Justine has worked as an independent contractor to HR Connect, interpreting psychometric assessments, recruitment & outplacement support. Justine is an experienced interpreter of psychometric profiles including SHL and Hogans tools. Justine has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in the Practice of Psychology at University of Waikato.
