Sandra brings not only a breadth of experience as an HR Consultant to your business, but a real in depth knowledge of multiple sectors. She has specialist knowledge in professional services, manufacturing, retail, health, construction, forestry, dairy, not for profit, light manufacturing and local bodies.

Sandra holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling and a Bachelor of Arts. Before establishing HR Connect Sandra worked for leading companies such as Fonterra, NZ Post and the Waikato District Health Board.

Over the past 20 years Sandra has also built a great team around her, a team of experienced HR Consultants and Recruitment Specialists that share her values.
