Claire prides herself in being a pragmatic and commercially focussed HR professional; passionate about working alongside businesses and building strong relationships, to partner in developing people solutions to ‘do business smarter’.
She has significant experience in both operational and strategic HR across agriculture, horticulture, retail, finance and insurance, sales and real estate industries. Claire works across all facets of HR with strong generalist experience, turning her hand to the variety that each day and business can bring, while having a special affinity for remuneration, change management and employment relations.
Claire holds a Bachelor of Business in Agribusiness & HR from Massey University, having also studied health science, law and microbiology along the way to finding her passion in HR.
Claire is a Registered Private Investigator.
